1. We do accept returns and allow exchanges.

Chicwish does accept returns and we do allow exchanges! You can return any item for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your package in the mail. We do charge an $8 fee for our shipping label which is deducted from your refund amount, which will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your package.

2. We replace defective items for free.

It costs you nothing. We do everything in our power to ensure you receive flawless items from Chicwish but not everything can or will be perfect. What we can promise is that we’ll get it straightened out for you immediately because we respect and love you as our customer! You don’t even need to worry about shipping the defective item back to us. Just properly recycle that item and enjoy the new, perfect design that we send you.

3. We do not force store credit when you return an item.

It’s simply not our style because: Your purchase, your choice. Chicwish will issue your refund as Chicwish store credit OR via the original payment account. Just let us know how you want to play it and we will proceed accordingly.

4. We cover all import duty fees.

You shouldn’t be charged any duty fees because Chicwish pays for them. Lots of brands leave the duty fees up to you but that’s not the case with us. If you are charged duty fees for some strange reason, please reach out to us before you pay it and we will sort it out.

5. Got a special event? Order your Chicwish pieces several weeks in advance so there’s plenty of wiggle room.

Order processing takes about 3 to 4 business days. Afterward, our free standard shipping takes about 8 to 12 business days. That’s about 16 days before your delivery. That doesn’t include any delays that may happen at customs depending on the country you live in or the ongoing COVID shipping delays. We see a lot of customers that are unsatisfied with waiting around 3 weeks for their items. The truth is, some of that is completely out of our control since different countries have different standards for incoming shipments and we have to comply with those if we want to ship to you at all. So you know, we do offer express shipping which cuts down the times to 3 to 4 days after processing. Sometimes, your shipment will arrive incredibly fast. Consider those times the outlier. The best thing is for you to order things way before you need them so when you need them, they’re already there.

We assure you that we’re not purposefully hoarding your order in a warehouse somewhere while you bubble with wanting. We also certainly don’t want to gloss over how important it is that you receive your beautiful designs in time for those special moments in your life. Our best effort is to make sure we communicate with you thoroughly about what the process is so you can prepare and order accordingly.
